Our annual Old Fashioned Christmas at the Meeting House broke all previous records, with 87 people in attendance! It was a tight squeeze, but we are already making plans for additional parking (courtesy of our neighbors at The Creek) and more seating.
Jim Kemp played carols on our Victorian pump organ, FTHS president Nancy VanArendonk talked about Victorian Christmas traditions and recipes dating back to the Middle Ages, Bill Clark read the Christmas story, and we again enjoyed a visit from St. Nicholas. Several visitors had their photo taken with our volunteers in period costume. The evening was rounded out with punch and cookies!
