  This membership provides benefits to a single individual for life. It also includes ongoing delivery of the FTHS newsletter via United States Postal Service, regardless of future postage increases.
• Family Annual with Paper Newsletter Delivery

  This one-year membership provides benefits to all individuals within a single household. It includes a $5 postage supplement for delivery of the FTHS newsletter via the United States Postal Service.
