Our friends at the Perry Township/Southport Historical Society invite members of the FTHS or anyone with an interest in history to join them for their July 22 meeting featuring guest presenter Danny Russell, a professional actor who portrays Abraham Lincoln.
Learn and be entertained as Indiana’s favorite son shares hilarity, heartbreak and humanity during his astonishing journey from a log cabin to the White House. The event is free and open to all!
The meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 22 in the Perry Township Academic Center, 2115 E. Southport Road. (This is the former Gerdt Furniture building, next to the railroad). Use the front entrance. Additional parking is available in the lots on the side and behind the building.
